SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer the following delivery options within the UK via Royal Mail
Tracked 48

Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail or a designated courier service.
Express Delivery - Tracked 24

Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days for orders placed before 12 PM.
Local Pickup (Free)

Customers can collect orders in-store from Studio 58, Llanbedr, North Wales during business hours.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
3. Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.

Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.
4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
5. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details or contact us at info@studio58llanbedr.co.uk or call 01341 241 379.

Lost or delayed parcels will be investigated with the courier.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At STUDIO 58, we want you to be completely satisfied with your haircare products. If you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Simply return the product within 14 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund or exchange the product for another one of equal value. Please note that products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. If you have any questions about our return and exchange policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Unused & Unopened Products
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products unless they are faulty.
How to Return an Item

Return Approval – Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.

Refund/Exchange Process – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Exchanges will be processed promptly.

Shipping Costs – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

In-Salon Purchases – Items bought in-store must be returned in person with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items – Gift cards and promotional/sample items are non-refundable.

Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the item(s) to us (make sure you keep a copy of the proof of postage in case we do not receive the returned parcel, as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit).
